1. General Provisions
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs the use of all CloudTitan hosting services. The policy is designed to protect the security, integrity, reliability, and privacy of our network and hosting services.
2. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
2.1 Illegal Content and Activities
Distribution of child pornography or exploitation materials
Hosting or transmitting content that violates copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property laws
Fraudulent activities including phishing, pyramid schemes, and identity theft
Distribution of malware, viruses, or other harmful software
2.2 Email Abuse
Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam)
Operating open mail relays or open proxies
Email spoofing or forgery
Harvesting email addresses for spamming purposes
2.3 System and Network Abuse
Unauthorized access to systems or networks (hacking)
Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks
Port scanning or network probing
Resource abuse that affects other customers (CPU, memory, disk I/O)
2.4 Content Restrictions
Hate speech or content promoting violence
Content that violates privacy rights
Pirated software or media
IRC servers or bots without prior authorization
3. Resource Usage
Shared hosting accounts must not:
Use more than 25% of system resources for longer than 90 seconds
Run stand-alone, unattended server-side processes
Run any type of web spider or indexer
Run any bit torrent application, tracker, or client
Participate in any file-sharing/peer-to-peer activities
4. Enforcement
CloudTitan reserves the right to:
Investigate potential violations of this AUP
Remove or disable access to any content that violates this policy
Suspend or terminate services to customers who violate this policy
Report illegal activities to law enforcement

6. Policy Updates
CloudTitan may modify this AUP at any time. Customers are responsible for regularly reviewing this policy. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.
