CloudTitan Hosting - Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CloudTitan's services through our platform at cloudtitan.cloud, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

2. Service Description

CloudTitan provides web hosting services including but not limited to shared hosting, VPS, dedicated servers, and cloud hosting solutions through our billing system.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account through our system. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited activities include:

• Spamming or sending unsolicited emails
• Hosting illegal content or engaging in illegal activities
• Resource abuse that affects other customers
• Distribution of malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Phishing or fraudulent activities

5. Payment and Billing

All services are billed on a recurring basis through our billing system. You authorize CloudTitan to charge the payment method you provide for all applicable fees.

6. Service Level Agreement

We guarantee 99.9% uptime for our hosting services. If we fail to meet this uptime guarantee, you may be eligible for service credits as outlined in our SLA.

7. Termination Policy

Either party may terminate service with proper notice. Upon termination, you must remove all content from our servers by the termination date.

8. Limitation of Liability

CloudTitan shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

10. CloudTitan-Specific Terms

By using our services, you agree to:

• Maintain accurate billing information in our system
• Receive automated invoices and notices
• Abide by WHMCS's security requirements for account access
• Keep your client area credentials secure

11. GDPR Rights (For EU Residents)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:

• Request access to your personal data
• Request correction or deletion of your personal data
• Object to processing of your personal data
• Request restriction of processing your personal data
